Security

Our security standards are built for a dynamic environment where accuracy, confidentiality, and trust are non-negotiable.
We maintain SOC 2 Type II certification and undergo recurring third-party audits and ongoing penetration testing.
InvestNext’s continuously monitored infrastructure is supported by defined recovery objectives and strict access controls.

InvestNext is built with industry-leading, financial-grade security at its core. All sensitive data is protected using 256-bit encryption at rest and TLS/SSL encryption in transit, ensuring investor and firm information remains secure across every interaction and workflow.
InvestNext supports your team in implementing best practices like two-factor authentication, team permissions, and more.
InvestNext maintains independent SOC 2 Type II certifications to validate the design and effectiveness of its security controls. Regular penetration testing and ongoing reviews ensure safeguards remain strong as the platform evolves and usage scales.
All InvestNext employees are required to complete rigorous security training on an annual basis.

InvestNext is hosted on secure, redundant cloud infrastructure with continuous monitoring and routine backups. The platform maintains clearly defined recovery objectives, with a maximum 24-hour RTO and RPO, ensuring availability and data integrity in the event of disruption.
Access to data and functionality is governed by role-based permissions, allowing sponsors to control who can view, edit, and manage sensitive information. Privacy-impacting features can be enabled or disabled based on firm needs.
OAuth 2.0 is used to securely authorize third-party SaaS integrations without storing external usernames or passwords. Customer data always belongs to you. It is never mined, sold, or accessed without permission, and InvestNext does not use customer data for advertising or secondary purposes.
“InvestNext wasn’t just a tool for me. It was a game-changer in how I managed my portfolio, allowing me to see the bigger picture, analyze data, and diversify investments across various markets, thanks to its versatility.”
