Mike Schmansky is the CEO & Founder of Red Cedar. He is a tech savvy CPA with Big 4 experience and an obsession with creating efficient and accurate business processes. He was initially a customer of InvestNext, while serving as a key principal and CFO of a series of multifamily funds. Upon successful exits in those funds, he launched Red Cedar to share his team’s experience with sponsor groups focused on real estate and other diverse private placement offers. His team supports clients both large and small, ranging from full outsourced administration and accounting to project based advisory engagements.
